18 week drs appt.

yesterday i had a drs appt to check my cervical length. they also said that they would let us know the gender, so i was SUPER excited! Adam went with me and they checked my cervix its 4.25cm which is great! Im so glad! I just hope it stays this way! The babys heartrate was 150bpm which is good. Then time for the gender!! She went right to it and the baby was positioned great! ITS A.....GIRL!haha..i was SO sure it was a boy! How wrong was i?! I was excited, Adam had a shocked look on his face!lol! Then we got to go into another room and talk to the dr. we didnt wait long at all, which is good i hate waiting forever! we didnt have too much to talk about and i dint have very many questions for her. My kidneys have been hurting lately which worried me so she said i need to be drinking 96 oz of water a day! Thats alot! I know im not even drinking close to that! Other than that nothing much had been going on. I have been getting more contractions so she gave me another med to add to the one i already take for them. I was on the same 2 with Kennedy too. I will add some pics of my growing belly too!haha..Shes starting to move alot lately which i love! Everybody asks us about names already, we do have some but are not telling anyone till shes here! we did the same with Kennedy, so sorry everyone! Its a great surprise for people!

16 Weeks!

Ok, i know, iknow i take WAY too many belly pics, but i love looking back and seeing the progress! i did the same with Kennedy and it is fun to see now! So today im 4 months! Where oh where did the time go already! i think it helps that i have a litle one to look after its filling up my days more!

15 Weeks 4 Days Belly Shot!

15 Week 2 day Drs.Appt & Ultrasound!

So today was my 1st Appt since my cerclage surgery. First i had an ultrasound to check the placement of the stitch and the babys growth. My cervix is measuring 4.4cm which is great! With Kennedy it was 3cm at this point and it ran 2cm the whole pregnancy. Im off to a good start! Just praying it stays this way. My stitches look good too. The babys heartbeat was 147BPM. Weighing in at a whopping 4ozs!lol!I have gained 1 lb since my last appt. I go back on June 25th to have another ultrasound to check my cervix and my stitches. SHe also said that at that appt they will tell me the babys sex!yippee! That made my day! Im super excited to find out! I have my guess, so i will see if im right! Counting down the days to see the little peanut again!
